Looking to build a rewarding career in the heavy equipment industry? Join our team as a Heavy Equipment Certified Parts Advisor and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while expanding your technical expertise. In this position, you'll work directly with customers to identify and source the right parts, navigate industry-leading parts catalogs and systems, process orders, manage inventory, and support warranty and special-order parts operations. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to deepen your knowledge of heavy equipment and parts management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority): Assist in keeping the parts department clean and professional, maintaining the retail sales floor. Record all sales, receive, ship, and store parts. Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, maintain positive and professional actions. Pick up and deliver parts. On-site attendance is required
Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred:
Construction & forestry service knowledge highly recommended Computer, strong organizational and interpersonal skills Independently make decisions, work with all staff, customer-facing experience Strong ability to communicate with customers.
