You will help ensure technicians and service writers have the parts and information they need, assist with warranty processing and repair order administration, support customers at the parts counter, and help keep service-related paperwork and workflow organized. This position is ideal for a smart, organized, customer-focused individual who is comfortable with computers, enjoys problem-solving, and works well as part of a team . You will receive hands-on training and ongoing development while gaining experience across both the Parts and Service sides of the dealership. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinate parts needs between the Parts and Service departments Identify, locate, and order parts needed for service repairs Track parts orders and backorders and communicate updates to the Service Department Organize and stage parts for upcoming service work Provide backup parts counter sales and support to retail and internal customers Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication and follow-up Assist with filing and processing manufacturer warranty claims Maintain accurate warranty paperwork and supporting documentation Assist Service Writers with repair order administration and other clerical duties Help with customer communication, data entry, paperwork, and follow-up as needed Learn and use dealership computer systems for parts, service, and warranty functions Support Parts and Service departments to ensure efficient workflow Maintain accurate and organized records Participate in training and continuous improvement opportunities Qualifications Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and dealership systems Strong customer service and communication skills Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow through on assigned responsibilities Willingness to learn parts, service, warranty processes, and dealership systems Teachable mindset with ability to accept coaching and feedback Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable communicating with customers, technicians, vendors, and coworkers Previous parts, service, equipment, automotive, or dealership experience is helpful but not required Commitment to professionalism, honesty, and integrity Schedule Full-time, hourly position Monday•
