1st Shift General Assembly

Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill a 1st Shift General Assembly position for a manufacturing client in Sparta, TN. This is a Temp/Contract job. !

Duties for this position include:

Unpackage freight and automotive parts for processing Visually inspect and sort parts as instructed Load and unload materials on and off pallets Prepare materials for assembly, storage, or shipment Maintain clean and organized work areas Remove obstacles, debris, and hazards from workspaces Assist with general labor duties throughout the facility Follow all safety procedures and work instructions Work with automotive parts and components as needed Compensation (USD): $15.50/hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Possible Saturdays as needed Successful candidates must meet the following requirements: Ability to visually inspect and sort parts accurately Familiarity with automotive parts preferred Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Ability to work independently and as part of a team
