Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of a service, including internal and external repairs, parts and warranty services, and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high standards of operational efficiency and profitability while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. The Operations Manager will lead a team of technicians, Quality Control Inspectors, Service advisors, Warranty administrators, while working closely with the service manager to develop and implement strategies that align with company objectives.
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of service and PDI personnel to ensure high performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging continuous improvement and professional growth.
Oversee day-to-day service, parts and warranty, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all repairs, maintenance, and inspection tasks.
Manage the workflow to ensure efficient scheduling, minimize downtime, and optimize technician productivity.
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures within the service and PDI departments.
Manage the new and used delivery walk thru process, and delivery pad.
Maintain a strong focus on dealer satisfaction, ensuring all service related tasks meet or exceed company expectations.
Develop and implement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
Address and resolve any escalated complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner to the manufacturer when necessary.
Financial & Budgetary Management & Quality Control & PDI Excellence:
Manage departmental budgets, including labor costs, parts inventory, and overhead expenses, to achieve profitability goals. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Implement strategies to drive growth and efficiency in PDI, including managing and creating new processes with our key manufacturing partners.
Oversee the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process, ensuring that all RVs are thoroughly inspected and meet quality standards before delivery to dealers.
Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship and minimize rework.
Collaborate with the inventory and dispatch teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments.
Vendor & Warranty Management:
Manage warranty administrators to ensure parts and warranty claims get submitted properly.
Ensure efficient processing of warranty claims and proper documentation for parts returns or exchanges.
Reporting & KPI Monitoring:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including PDI production, technician productivity, warranty profitability, dealer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
Use data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to meet performance targets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Automotive, or a related field (preferred). Required minimum of 5-7 years of RV experience in service operations management.
Proven leadership and team management experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams. Strong knowledge of RV service and maintenance procedures, including diagnostic tools and PDI processes.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and build strong client relationships.
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and KPIs.
Required Driver's License and Social Security Card.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Parts Coordinator plays a vital role in the daily operations of the parts department by assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and manufacturers. This position requires strong organizational and customer service skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities &Customer Service & Sales Support:
Greet customers and answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Assist retail and internal service customers in identifying and selecting appropriate parts.
Provide accurate price quotes and part details in person or over the phone.
Process transactions quickly and correctly using dealership systems.
Communicate effectively with corporate purchasing and service departments.

Pull and fill orders from inventory stock.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all parts orders and customer interactions. Ensure proper version control and tracking for frequently used parts and SKUs.
Follow dealership protocols for tagging, labeling, and shelving parts.
Support the parts and service team with internal communications and process improvements.
Assist with special projects, clean-up tasks, and seasonal inventory efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall department success.

Parts Clerk is responsible for supporting retail and service department operations by managing inventory, assisting customers with parts selection, and processing transactions accurately. This position requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities &Customer Service & Sales Support:
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and product knowledge. Provide accurate price quotes and part recommendations based on customer and technician needs.
Process retail and internal transactions accurately using inventory management systems.
Handle special orders and notify customers and technicians upon arrival.
Support store and service department needs with timely parts delivery and clear communication.
Inventory & Parts Management & Logistics and Internal Delivery:
Pull and fulfill parts orders from inventory for retail and service departments. Monitor, restock, and organize parts inventory and report low-stock or out-of-stock items.
Follow up on back-ordered parts to ensure timely delivery.
Assist with regular inventory cycle counts and physical organization of the parts department.
Note:
Not all Parts Clerks will be required to drive. Driving duties will be assigned as needed based on role and location. A valid drivers license is only required for those assigned driving responsibilities. Transport parts and equipment between departments, satellite stores, and external vendors.
