Parts and Service Assistant

Job Description:

As a Parts and Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

Your responsibilities will include:

Service:

Reviewing and entering daily work orders into Management Excel, QuickBooks, PM Controls, and uploading them to the cloud for seamless tracking and accessibility. Updating Miles and Hours in PM Controls to maintain accurate records. Performing road services as needed to support our clients and field technicians.

Parts:

Entering invoices accurately into our systems. Ordering parts for the service department, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining adequate inventory levels. Classifying used inventory to optimize organization and accessibility.

Safety:

Overseeing Driver Safety and Hours of Service (H.O.S) compliance to ensure adherence to regulations. Responding promptly to any alerts regarding H.O.S and driving incidents, taking appropriate actions to address concerns and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

$1.00 - $2.00 per hour
