Job Description

We are looking for an extremely motivated and high energy BluCar Support Specialist who will be responsible for managing daily inventory tasks from assignment to auction. This position is demanding and fast paced and requires someone that enjoys working as an individual as well as in a team-oriented environment. The ability to communicate effectively is extremely important, both over the phone and via email with partners and customers. The ability to complete all required tasks accurately and timely with attention to detail is imperative.
Duties :
Provide excellent customer service and develop professional rapport with clients. Communicate effectively via email (primarily) and phone. Manage and use multiple inventory platforms. Work in a team environment as well as independently. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience Proven administrative skills with at least 2+ years working experience Multitasking & organizational skills Previous retail or customer service skills preferred Associates degree or higher preferred #LI-KK1
