RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner. Completely document requests and orders. Assist retail customers and technicians with ordering including reading schematics. Follow up with customers to keep them informed on order status. Manage inventory, including ordering out of stock parts. Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety.
