Our Lewisville dealership is the newest addition to our family and is looking for someone to help grow our parts business by driving front-counter sales. Your Role as a Parts Sales Specialist Be the face of our parts department, assisting walk-in customers with their parts needs and providing expert guidance on our extensive product range. Use your bilingual Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base, ensuring exceptional service for all. Develop relationships with customers, ensuring they receive world-class service every time. Take ownership of the front counter, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door. What You Bring to the Table Proven experience in parts sales or customer-facing roles (commercial truck experience is a plus!). Strong communication and interpersonal skills you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required this role serves a diverse clientele, and your ability to communicate effectively in both languages is essential. Knowledge of Hino, Isuzu, Cummins, Allison, or all-makes truck parts is highly desirable. A passion for solving problems and going the extra mile for customers.
