Why Join Us Competitive pay Opportunities for career growth Ongoing training and professional development Supportive, team-oriented work environment Health, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Benefits Company-paid short-term disability insurance Life insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match What You'll Do Assist customers, technicians, and wholesale accounts with identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service in person and over the phone Process parts orders and maintain accurate inventory and sales records Receive, stock, and organize parts inventory Notify customers and service staff when special order parts arrive Locate and source out-of-stock parts as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department Stay current on product knowledge through ongoing training What We're Looking For Previous automotive parts experience preferred Technical knowledge of automotive parts and accessories Dealership experience preferred Experience with PBS dealership software is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills To learn more about our company, culture, and opportunities, please visit www.steeleauto.com.
