! Overview Join our dynamic team as a Parts and Service Associate, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive exceptional customer experiences and streamline our powersports operations. In this energetic role, you will be the vital link between customers, technicians, and inventory management, ensuring that every vehicle receives top-quality service and that parts are readily available to keep our operations running smoothly. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help foster a welcoming environment while supporting the dealership's commitment to excellence in powersports repair and retail sales. Responsibilities Assist customers with parts inquiries, vehicle diagnostics, and powersports service needs, providing expert advice and solutions. Process sales transactions accurately through cashiering systems while maintaining excellent phone etiquette to handle customer calls efficiently. Support vehicle maintenance tasks by understanding powersports repair procedures and assisting technicians with parts orders and fulfillment. Engage in retail sales activities by promoting powersports products, accessories, and services to maximize dealership revenue. Maintain organizational skills to keep the parts department tidy, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Collaborate with team members across departments using strong communication skills to ensure seamless customer service and operational efficiency. Experience Previous dealership experience or retail sales background is not required but would be a plus in an powersports environment. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively, but is not required. Proven ability to communicate clearly via phone etiquette and provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments.
