We're expanding and need to hire two counter sales positions! We're opening a fleet center and expanding our back counter.

Responsibilities:

Assist Technicians, customers and coworkers in obtaining the correct parts needed in the most efficient ways possible Assist Manager and coworkers with proper inventory control Help to maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments Help to monitor and adjust the inventory Assist with stock order process Provide technical assistance when necessary Adhere to customer guidelines to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Adhere to safety requirements Job requirements: At least 1 year of experience in an automotive position such as parts or service, or Counter Person Excellent communication skills Proficient computer skills preferred Basic understanding of inventory and reporting Pre-employment background check What are the requirements for this job? High School diploma or equivalent. Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience. Have experience with auto parts sales. Bilingual is a plus! Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment. Have strong organizational and time management skills. Are detail oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic. Background check and pre-employment drug screen requirements.
