The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting retail and wholesale customers, service advisors, and technicians with their parts needs while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position requires strong automotive parts knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts inquiries and purchases. Provide prompt and accurate parts lookups using manufacturer catalogs and dealership software. Supply technicians and service advisors with necessary parts in a timely manner. Process customer orders, invoices, returns, and warranty parts as needed. Maintain proper inventory control and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories. Receive and stock incoming parts shipments. Monitor backorders and proactively communicate updates to customers and staff. Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked. Promote additional parts and accessories when appropriate. Follow dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of automotive parts experience preferred. Nissan parts experience is a plus but not required. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology. Experience using parts catalog and dealership management systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Preferred Skills Wholesale parts experience. Inventory management experience. Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and manufacturer catalogs. Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented attitude. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience.
