Prepare quotes, process orders, invoices, returns, and warranty transactions. Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts. Manage special orders, backorders, and customer follow-up. Support service operations by ensuring timely parts availability. Promote maintenance, wear, and attachment products to customers. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Follow dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer and data entry proficiency. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous parts, inventory, warehouse, or heavy equipment experience preferred. Knowledge of heavy equipment, agricultural, trucking, or industrial parts preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally heavier items with assistance. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed. Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments. Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment. Ability to work around heavy machinery and equipment. Ability to read part numbers, labels, and inventory documentation. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically.
