Job Description

Purpose:
Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. In addition, performs instore customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties. Job Responsibilities/Duties Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs Handles customer needs for the entire transactional process
  • looking up parts, pulling parts, selling parts, loading out parts Responsible for the entire inventory process with Non-Deere parts
  • receipting the parts under the price specified from the vendor and then, marking-up price to ensure gross margin.
Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the Warehouse Manager/Parts Manager
  • Does not act on the shortages Listens and records potential customer needs or sales/service leads Will assist in the auditing of customer orders in the customer bins
  • through making the > 14 day warning call Regularly stocks showroom
  • as needed Assist in keeping the parts department clean and orderly
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
Must be respectful and diligent when representing Western Equipment Basic data entry/ keyboarding skills Basic parts and machinery knowledge Ability to work in a team environment Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs High School diploma or equivalent experience Fork lift license preferred
