Parts clerks will work at our mechanic shop. They will be tasked with managing inventory, processing work orders and purchase order requests, issuing and receiving parts, and providing excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate has strong computer skills, prior experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, organize, and issue parts and supplies Create and manage work orders as needed Process purchase order requests and manage inventory data Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks Provide great customer service by assisting internal teams and external customers with their parts needs Support maintenance and service teams with timely parts delivery

Qualifications:

Basic computer and software skills Experience in inventory control, parts management, or a related field Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
