We are looking for dedicated and motivated professionals who share the same passion we have here to help us grow to the next level! Hours are Monday-Friday (rotating Saturdays).

Automotive Parts Counterperson Responsibilities:

Documenting customers concerns and comments Taking and filling orders over the phone and/or electronic ordering systems Translating customers' repair problems into standard repair terminology Ability to multi-task with consistent follow-up Ability to accurately use electronic parts catalogs and inventory control systems Provide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs. Handle customer complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied. Providing the highest levels of customer service in order to retain dealership clientele. Make follow-up and cold calls to both existing and potential new customers Parts Counterperson Qualifications Parts Counter experience required - Wholesale experience preferred Dealership experience preferred Professional appearance and attitude required Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast paced environment High school or equivalent Must be reliable
