Central Texas Harley-Davidson , is seeking outgoing, friendly individuals to join our Parts Counter Team! If you have the confidence to sell, love the idea of making unlimited commission selling stuff you love, are a customer service rockstar, and live to ride, this opportunity may be perfect for you! Responsibilities Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts. Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales) Look up records and enter customer information. Process catalog requests. Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone Receive and account for all incoming parts. Provide cost of parts for customers Make sure all displays are organized. Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

1+ years of Powersports Dealership Experience Desired Retail Sales Experience Required Familiar with Stocking and organizing parts inventory Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using the proper catalog. Experience utilizing Dealer Management Tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc. Ability to remain customer focused and responds in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and enthusiasm for Harley-Davidson. Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts. Friendly, outgoing personality with a can do attitude! Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
