Job Description
Parts Professional Victoria Farm Equipment is hiring a full-time Parts Professional in Victoria, TX. We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member to provide parts support for agricultural, construction, and lawn equipment. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, staying organized, and working in a busy equipment dealership environment. Victoria Farm Equipment works with trusted equipment lines including New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Husqvarna, and several short lines. Responsibilities Assist customers, field technicians, and shop technicians with identifying and locating equipment parts Use computerized inventory tracking systems to look up parts, check availability, and help manage stock Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and related paperwork Track warehouse stock and help maintain organized parts inventory Lift and move heavy parts weighing up to 50 pounds Provide helpful, professional customer service in person and over the phone Support daily parts department operations as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a parts department preferred, especially in agricultural, construction, automotive, or equipment-related industries Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Basic computer skills Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Preferred Experience Forklift operation certification Knowledge of warranties Familiarity with agricultural, construction, or lawn equipment parts Benefits Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Vacation time Sick pay Holiday pay Full-time schedule Apply Today If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping customers find the right parts and solutions, Victoria Farm Equipment would like to hear from you.
