Job Description

We are a very small e-commerce company specializing in listing, selling, and shipping appliance parts. We are seeking an immediate hire for a highly detail-oriented, fast, and reliable individual to help organize, process, and prepare parts for sale.
Schedule & Compensation:
Flexible schedule, 30-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming parts for defects, damage, or missing components. Sort, categorize, and organize appliance parts into bins, boxes, totes, and racks for efficient storage and retrieval. Accurately label parts with SKUs, part numbers, and location identifiers. Assist in listing parts for sale on e-commerce platforms with accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy at a fast pace. Strong organizational skills with experience in managing inventory or storage systems. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move items (including heavier parts) throughout the workday. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
