Parts Sales Specialist

We are seeking to add a Parts Sales Specialists to our team who are committed to our core values of integrity, teamwork and service and have a passion for providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities :

: As a parts salesperson you will give support to retail customers at our in-store parts counter, over the phone, and via electronic communication. Ensure phone calls are answered in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Research parts availability from various manufacturers. Achieve excellent customer service by providing accurate parts advice and information to customers.

Job Requirements :

Parts sales candidate must commit to providing the highest level of customer service. Parts sales applicant needs to multitask with a high level of attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both with customers and teammates are essential. Good computer skills and strong salesmanship skills are also ideal. Candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Applicant should be dependable - meets commitments, desires accountability, and aligns with company values. Farm machinery knowledge, Ag experience, and mechanical aptitude are helpful.

$21.00 - $30.00 per hour
