Parts Counter Person:
Provide top-notch customer service by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories for their vehicles Support service technicians by accurately issuing parts for scheduled repairs and maintenance Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email regarding parts availability, pricing, compatibility, and lead times Utilize parts lookup systems, OEM catalogs, and online resources to source and order auto parts efficiently Manage parts orders, receive incoming shipments, and accurately replenish inventory Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department and ensure proper labeling and storage Perform local parts deliveries and pickups as needed Maintain and update inventory control systems and parts database with accuracy and attention to detail Requirements•
Parts Counter Person:
Previous experience working with GM parts in a dealership setting is
REQUIRED
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Automotive Parts Counter or Parts Advisor role Strong knowledge of GM parts systems, OEM catalogs, and GM electronic parts ordering tools Familiarity with inventory control processes and dealership DMS software Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient with computers, online ordering systems, and point-of-sale software Ability to work full-time, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and lift automotive parts when necessary Team-oriented, dependable, and committed to accuracy and customer satisfaction Valid driver's license and clean driving record Upload your resume and complete the online assessment for immediate consideration!
