This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage inventory, coordinate procurement, and ensure the seamless flow of automotive parts and supplies. You will play a key role in supporting dealership operations, automotive diagnostics, and repair services by maintaining accurate inventory levels, sourcing OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, and managing supplier relationships. Responsibilities Oversee inventory management using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and order management software to track parts availability and reorder levels. Coordinate with suppliers to source OEM parts, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery aligned with demand planning. Manage warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, storage organization, and equipment repair to optimize space and efficiency. Utilize automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge to verify part specifications and assist in automotive service processes. Maintain accurate data entry for procurement records, inventory control logs, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) documentation. Support logistics activities such as shipping & receiving, freight coordination, and warehouse experience to streamline supply chain operations. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting technicians, dealerships, and internal teams with parts inquiries and order management system updates. Experience Proven experience in supply chain management within an automotive or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, ERP platforms like AS400 or similar software. Knowledge of automotive repair processes, OEM parts sourcing, and dealership operations. Hands-on experience with forklift operation, equipment repair, and HVAC systems is a plus. Strong negotiation skills combined with procurement management expertise to optimize sourcing strategies. Mechanical aptitude with understanding of automotive diagnostics, auto body repair, and auto service procedures. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for inventory control, demand planning, and logistics documentation.
