# Dealership Operations Support Specialist
  • Parts | MotorClothes | Service
  • Skyline Harley-Davidson is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused person to join our team as a Dealership Operations Support Specialist.
This is a unique full-time position designed for someone who wants to learn multiple areas of a Harley-Davidson dealership. You will be trained to work in our Parts, MotorClothes, and Service departments and will rotate between departments based on staffing needs, customer traffic, and the dealership schedule. One day you may assist customers at the Parts counter, another day you may help customers select riding gear and apparel, and another day you may support the Service department as a Service Writer. This position reports directly to the General Manager and is ideal for someone who is flexible, enjoys variety, and wants the opportunity to grow into a larger role within the dealership. ## Responsibilities ### Parts Department
  • Assist customers at the Parts counter
  • Help customers identify parts, accessories, and customization options
  • Answer phones and follow up with customers
  • Process transactions and special orders
  • Receive, stock, and organize merchandise
  • Maintain clean and organized displays, counters, and storage areas
  • Work toward individual and departmental sales goals ### MotorClothes Department
  • Assist customers with riding gear, apparel, helmets, gifts, and accessories
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
  • Maintain merchandise displays and department presentation
  • Receive, price, stock, and organize merchandise
  • Contact customers regarding promotions, events, and new products
  • Help achieve department sales goals ### Service Department
  • Greet customers and assist with service needs
  • Open and accurately document repair orders
  • Communicate customer concerns clearly to the Service team
  • Provide customers with updates and follow up on open repair orders
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Review completed paperwork for accuracy
  • Help maintain an organized and professional service lane
  • Assist with moving and staging motorcycles when needed ## Additional Expectations
  • Deliver excellent customer service in every department
  • Make outbound customer phone calls and complete follow-up
  • Meet individual and departmental sales and performance goals
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and repair-order documentation
  • Stock merchandise and maintain clean, organized work areas
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Lift and move parts, boxes, merchandise, and equipment
  • Safely move motorcycles around the dealership
  • Learn and follow the procedures of all three departments
  • Be willing to adjust assignments based on the dealership's daily needs ## Qualifications
  • Retail or customer service experience required
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers, phones, and point-of-sale systems
  • Willing and able to learn multiple dealership departments
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Motorcycle endorsement preferred
  • Motorcycle or Harley-Davidson experience is helpful but not required
  • Must pass drug and background screening We are willing to train the right person in Parts, MotorClothes, and Service operations. ## Schedule
  • Full-time position
  • Five-day workweek
  • Regular schedule Tuesday through Saturday
  • Rotating Sunday coverage as scheduled
  • Schedule may occasionally change based on dealership staffing and business needs ## Compensation
