Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and organized Parts Advisor to join our busy Fixed Operations team. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between our service technicians and our customers. You will ensure the correct parts are sourced, quoted, and delivered efficiently to keep our shop and our retail clients moving forward.
Core Responsibilities Technician Support:
Accurately look up and quote parts based on technician recommendations to assist the service department.
Inventory Control:
Verify parts availability in our inventory and initiate orders for out-of-stock items.
Customer Service:
Enthusiastically assist over-the-counter customers with retail parts, accessories, and inquiries.
Communication Management:
Promptly answer incoming phone calls from wholesale accounts, retail customers, and internal departments.
Team Collaboration:
Maintain clean and accurate records of all parts transactions to help maintain overall stock organization. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in an automotive parts role (dealership or aftermarket retail) is preferred but not required. Familiarity with electronic parts catalogs (EPC) and dealership management systems (DMS) is a strong plus. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to balance phone calls, walk-in customers, and shop orders. Excellent verbal communication skills and a team-player attitude. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
