We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Experienced Ford Back Counter Parts Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ford parts, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to efficiently manage back counter operations to ensure smooth and accurate parts sales.Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in locating and selecting the correct Ford parts and accessories. Process parts orders accurately and efficiently using dealership systems. Maintain an organized and clean back counter area. Manage inventory levels, restock as necessary, and conduct regular inventory counts. Collaborate with service technicians and sales staff to meet customer needs. Provide technical advice and product information to customers and team members. Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty parts in accordance with company policies. Understand the critical importance of timely parts acquisition to ensure technicians remain productive and workflows are uninterrupted. Stay updated on Ford product updates, parts catalog changes, and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with safety and dealership policies at all times.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Parts Associate, preferably with Ford or similar automotive brands. Strong knowledge of Ford vehicle parts and accessories. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Proficiency with dealership management systems and inventory software. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.Preferred Attributes:
Ford certification or training experience. Automotive technical knowledge. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Pay:
