Job Description

Washington Energy Service is the leading Residential Home Improvement Company in the Puget Sound Area. We are a third generation; family-owned business working to make homes great since 1957. We specialize in the installation and service of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Windows, and Door systems in residential homes. We are currently looking for a Parts and Warranty Administrator . This position is very diverse, requiring excellent data entry skills to process parts warranties and maintain warranty databases, as well as great interpersonal and communication skills to maintain relationships with technicians, co-workers and vendors.
You are:
A highly motivated, dependable, team oriented, results-driven individual with great attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. This position requires solid experience in administration, data entry and inventory management. In this role you will spend about 70% of your time in the office at your desk and 30% in the parts stockroom.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Data entry for parts & warranty databases
  • Data entry for warranty processing of parts
  • Communication with vendors to follow up on warranty reimbursements
  • Communication with technicians on warranty status and availability of parts
  • Review of stockroom levels daily
  • Maintain an organized stockroom
  • Maintain organized technician and warranty shelves
  • Place parts stock orders
  • Put away parts stock orders
  • Sort warranty parts for processing
  • Monthly physical count of stock room inventory
  • Twice yearly physical count of all truck inventories
  • Call distributors re: part price, availability, warranty, etc
  • Place daily orders for technician parts requests
  • Receive parts and distribute to techs
  • Call customers to schedule appointments and answer questions
Skills & Qualifications Required:
  • Must be self-motivated, very organized and efficient with time
  • Must have great interpersonal skills to work with service technicians and vendors
  • Must have great customer service skills to work with customers
  • Must be physically capable of lifting parts, going up and down stairs, working in cold conditions
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent typing skills
  • Must be able to pass a drug-test and background check
  • Must have clean driving record and able to drive our company vehicles
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
