  • Work with two strong brands—Subaru and Kia—serving a diverse and loyal customer base Parts Counter Specialist Job Responsibilities Promptly and accurately assist technicians at the internal/back counter with parts needed for Kia and Subaru repair orders.
Efficiently support the Quick Lane operation with fast-moving parts requests. Manage the online parts and accessories sales process from order intake to fulfillment, including shipping and customer communication. Handle wholesale accounts, taking phone orders, quoting prices, and building relationships with local shops and repair facilities. Provide front counter support to walk-in retail customers, offering product knowledge and customer service. Receive, stock, and organize inventory with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Monitor parts levels and help maintain accurate records of stock and movement. Collaborate with the Parts Manager and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace at all times.
Schedule:
Full five-day training schedule to start, with flexible scheduling available after training
Parts Counter Specialist Benefits and Compensation Pay Range:

Qualifications Parts Counter Specialist Qualifications Prior experience in an automotive parts department strongly preferred (Kia or Subaru experience a plus) Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service shop environment Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure Knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology Experience with parts catalog systems and DMS platforms (Reynolds experience helpful) Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs High school diploma or equivalent required Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
