Parts Consultant

COMPENSATION

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour DOE What you will be doing Manages parts inquiries over the phone and in person. Supports internal customers with parts, quoting, and logistics. Advises customers on the substitution of parts when replacement is not available. Checks parts availability. Determines urgency of parts and decides the most efficient way to meet customers needs; uses need-by dates effectively. Generates Poss. Processes, tracks, and completes customers orders to exceed customers expectations. Pulls parts from inventory when needed. Participates in and completes training as required and/or available. Follows assigned work schedule with consistent attendance/punctuality. Adheres to all customer care standards. Actively cares and advocates for safety. Adheres to all applicable safety policies, procedures, and standards. Works within and promotes the corporate vision, mission, and values of the organization. Part running running as needed. Other job duties will be added as needed. What you will bring along 1 year of parts sales, parts warehouse, or combined experience is required. Fleets maintenance, heavy equipment maintenance, mechanical experience to help streamline process. Must be able to sit for long periods of time along with walking, standing, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing, pulling, leaning and twisting. Able to lift up to 60 lbs. Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies. A strong work ethic, strict attendance, and a positive attitude that puts safety first.
