If you're organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. The Parts Assistant plays an important role in keeping our technicians and service team supplied with the right parts at the right time. What You'll Do Assist with ordering, receiving, and organizing automotive parts and supplies Check incoming parts for accuracy, damage, and proper quantities Match parts to repair orders and ensure technicians receive what they need Maintain an organized and accurate parts inventory Pick up and deliver parts from local vendors as needed Return incorrect or unused parts to vendors Communicate with parts suppliers and vendors Assist service advisors and technicians with parts-related questions Keep the parts area clean, organized, and efficient Help track parts, invoices, and deliveries Perform other administrative and operational tasks as needed What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Valid driver's license and a good driving record Automotive or parts experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Why Join Huron Automotive?
