We are looking to add a part-time parts counter person to work either 4:00am to 7:00am or 5:00pm to 8:00pm. We are expanding our used car and internal service hours. This is a Part-time position. Schlossmann Honda City is seeking a dedicated Part Time Parts Specialist to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our parts department operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting our service and sales teams with accurate parts identification, ordering, and inventory management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and contribute to the overall success of our dealership. Responsibilities Assist service technicians in identifying and locating the correct vehicle parts. Process parts orders accurately and efficiently using dealership management software. Maintain organized inventory and monitor stock levels to ensure availability of essential parts. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track and expedite parts deliveries. Handle parts returns and warranty claims as needed. Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone. Assist in keeping the parts department clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Requirements Previous experience in automotive parts sales or inventory management preferred. Basic knowledge of automotive parts and terminology. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with team members and customers. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with inventory or dealership management systems. Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule as needed.
