Position Overview Serra Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts counter person to join our team.

We currently have one opening:

full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries Provide accurate pricing and product information Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers Support team operations during high-volume periods Qualifications Prior dealership or automotive experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Availability to work Saturdays Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Full-Time Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k)
