Job Description
Job Overview You will be looking up and obtaining auto parts for customers' cars. When the parts arrive you will charge them out on invoices. Customer rides, scheduling, phone answering, and Service writing are part of the job too. General knowledge of the automobile and parts replacement business would be helpful. Good use of the English language in communication with vendors and customers. Duties Order automotive parts, sourcing OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and aftermarket components to meet dealership or repair shop needs Perform warranty paperwork as needed Shipping and receiving parts General office duties as directed, as well as maintaining the work area.
