We have an exciting opportunity for Parts Crib Attendant at our Mukwonago, WI facility.

The Parts Crib Attendant supports manufacturing and maintenance operations by issuing spare parts, supplies, and hardware while maintaining accurate inventory records within the tool crib and maintenance storage areas.

This role helps ensure technicians and production teams have timely access to the parts and materials required to maintain equipment and support continuous manufacturing operations.

Primary responsibilities include issuing parts, maintaining inventory records, receiving incoming materials, generating work orders and purchase requisitions, and supporting the overall organization and operation of the spare parts crib.

This role plays an important part in supporting maintenance response and equipment uptime by ensuring technicians have immediate access to the parts and materials required to keep production running.

Job Elements & Responsibilities Inventory & Parts Issuance Issue spare parts, hardware, gauges, and maintenance supplies to authorized employees.

Maintain accurate records of issued and returned parts. Receiving & Stocking Receive incoming spare parts and materials and enter transactions into the inventory system.

Store materials in designated bin locations and maintain organized inventory areas. Inventory Control Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts of spare parts and supplies.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining appropriate stock levels. Purchasing Support Create purchase requisitions for maintenance and crib inventory as required.

Assist with ordering stock items and tracking back orders when necessary. Maintenance & Operational Support Assist in preparing parts kits for planned maintenance work orders.

Process items that require repair or return to vendors. General Support Deliver packages and materials within the facility as needed.

Maintain housekeeping standards within the crib and storage areas.

Perform other related duties as assigned in support of maintenance and production operations. What We are Looking For

Education Must possess high school diploma or GED Experience Previous inventory control, warehouse, or stockroom experience preferred.

Experience working with inventory systems or SAP preferred Skills Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Ability to communicate effectively with maintenance, production, and toolroom personnel.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, move, or push up to 30 pounds.

Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of the shift.

Ability to reach overhead and access elevated storage locations.

Ability to hear warning signals and follow safety procedures in a manufacturing environment. Work Environment This position operates in a manufacturing environment and requires adherence to all safety procedures and required personal protective equipment. Who We are
