Eric von Schledorn Ford is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Technician to join our team in our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility!

Position Overview:

As a Parts Counter Technician, you will be the front-line expert helping both retail customers and service technicians quickly locate and order the right Ford parts. You'll play a key role in keeping our customers satisfied and our shop running efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist walk-in customers and technicians with parts identification, pricing, and availability Process parts sales, special orders, and warranty claims accurately Use Ford's parts catalog systems and inventory management tools Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory control Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, can-do attitude

What We're Looking For:

Previous automotive parts experience (Ford experience preferred) Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency Valid driver's license and a reliable work ethic Ability to lift moderate weights and stay active throughout the shift Why Join Eric von Schledorn Ford?
