Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our New Holland tractor, agriculture, and CE dealership in Whitewater, WI. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for parts sales, inventory management, and order fulfillment, ensuring seamless transactions with customers and parts sales to the service department. Your expertise will help maintain accurate inventory levels, keep our customers downtime to a minimum by ordering the right part the first time, and support our commitment to exceptional customer service. Duties Use New Holland and various other brand computer software to figure out which parts the customer needs, selling the correct part the first time. Help customers both in person and on the phone. Help the parts manager keep the inventory accurate, help with an annual inventory, and correct inventory errors on the spot throughout the year Help keep shelves fully stocked and full, whether that be moving parts from the warehouse to the showroom, or helping check in new parts and put in the proper bin locations Make hydraulic hoses for customers who need couplers and hoses put together Count cash daily and take care of daily routine tasks like opening and closing Be a team player and help out other departments when needed Skills Strong knowledge how to look up parts online is important Proficiency in operating a business system to run parts invoices, and attention to detail when billing out customers Ability to operate forklifts safely within warehouse environments; certification preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working within a dealership is highly desirable.
