Burtness Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Burtness Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team in Whitewater. This role is essential to supporting our service department and delivering a strong customer experience by ensuring timely and accurate parts ordering, inventory management, and communication.

What You'll Do:

Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts identification and ordering Maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts Process parts orders, returns, and warranty parts in a timely manner Communicate effectively with vendors and internal team members Ensure the parts department is clean, organized, and operating efficiently Follow all company policies and safety procedures Cross-train and provide support as a Service Advisor as needed, including assisting customers, scheduling service, and coordinating repair orders

What We're Looking For:

Previous automotive parts experience preferred (CDJR experience a plus) Willingness and ability to learn Service Advisor responsibilities in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (experience with dealership systems such as Tekion is a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Full-time position
