Job Description

Great opportunity to work with a company that values individuals and hires within for career advancement. Family owned and locally operated, we have a terrific work environment. Position is for a full-time parts counter sales person in a multi-line dealership. Previous parts sales experience a plus but not necessary.
Applicants should have:
  • Mechanical background or knowledge of automotive parts
  • Good work ethic with strong customer relation skills
  • Most tasks are completed through multiple computer programs, so proficiency in computers/typing, ability to learn computer programs and multi-tasking a must.
  • Phone skills
  • Ability to lift up to 60lbs
  • Organization skills and attention to detail.
Many duties include dealing with similar numerical sequences which small variances can make a difference. Job duties include but not limited to working with internal and external customer finding/selling the correct parts the first time using different computer programs and job reference guides. Assisting in day to day parts department operations maintaining the department and inventory. Lifting from ground to shelves, pulling parts from shelves, standing, sitting, climbing stairs, moving through parts department, unloading/loading pallets, and other physical activities are part of the job.
