Analyze market data, sales, and quote history to provide quotes to customer. Negotiates prices with customers, within Howmet Fastening Systems pricing guidelines. Administers and reviews customer contract details such as pricing, delivery, terms and conditions. Develops new accounts and/or reactivate dormant accounts. Coordinate with Outside Sales Team on strategic customer accounts. Work with Howmet Factories on best pricing and lead-times required to win orders and business from customers. Develop & maintain strong relationship with customers. Work with Howmet Credit to set up customer credit limits and assist in collections as required. Follows up on all customer quotes. Team player - Works effectively in a team environment. Operate in a fast-paced work environment and able to handle pressure and challenges from internal and external customers. Handles low to medium volume customer accounts.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma 3 years minimum related experience. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must have excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Must be able to prioritize and complete multiple and diverse work assignments with minimal direction. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Access, Word. Must possess strong problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Manage multiple projects at a time. Must be well organized with attention to detail. Have strong follow up and time management skills. Solid analytical and reasoning abilities as well as strong numerical skills.
