Role Overview As a Chargeback Specialist , you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining accurate contract pricing and managing chargebacks. This role is all about precision, organization, and collaboration. You'll work closely with manufacturers, GPOs, and internal teams to ensure customers receive the correct pricing every time. If you thrive on details, love staying organized, and have a knack for working with data, this is your chance to build a strong foundation in pricing operations and analytics. You don't need to be an Excel wizard yet, but you should have solid skills and a genuine interest in learning more. We'll help you grow! Responsibilities Maintain and update contract pricing, customer eligibility, renewals, terminations, and files. Proactively identify and resolve pricing or customer data discrepancies. Collaborate with manufacturers, internal teams, and GPOs for accurate and timely updates. Manage a high volume of chargeback lines and ensure timely responses. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners. Analyze data using Excel, text files, or access databases. Work collaboratively with team members and cross-train on departmental functions. Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline programs.
