Job Duties:

Setup and maintain Security Data and Pricing. Create Static Data for all account opening and modification requests. Strong Focus on internal controls to eliminate risk and operational losses. Act as the escalation point of contact for all issues and to work towards implementing solutions. Interdepartmental communication is essential to clearly present problems and solutions for internal/external clients. Billing validation to ensure accurate and successful invoices are generated and paid by the client. Complete project work on an ad hoc basis. Produce reporting directly sent to senior management. •Telecommuting permitted 40%: work may be performed in any location in the U.S.

Position requirements:

Bachelor's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Business Administration or related field and five (5) years of experience with referential/Static Data and/or Security Pricing. Must have five (5) years of experience with: Account openings and modifications per internal client requests; Project management for data reconciliations, audit, and security management; Timely resolution for all requests and clear communication to ensure client satisfaction; and Report creation and overall strong on effectiveness on internal/external deliverables. Must have three (3) years of experience with: Security pricing and working with pricing vendors. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Static data ad hoc email requests and system maintenance.

Salary:

$72,842.00 USD - $75,000.00 USD / year
