Preconstruction & Estimating Specialist Lexington, South Carolina We are a growing residential plumbing and kitchen & bath company seeking a Preconstruction & Estimating Specialist to own our quoting process. This role is responsible for turning builder requests into accurate, complete estimates while maintaining pricing, vendor coordination, and our parts library. Does This Sound Like You? The Experience We'd Love To See:

Experience in estimating or construction supply Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects Comfortable with vendors and pricing Systems and process oriented

Review incoming quote requests and gather missing information Build detailed estimates Request and manage vendor quotes Maintain pricing and product data Support internal team with pricing questions Ensure estimates are complete and ready for purchasing
