Job Duties:
Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank. Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Daily data entry by ten-key of oil and gas check details. Troubleshoot all matters related to check detail transmission as needed. Solicit existing and future purchasers to transmit data via digital download. Process and mail joint interest billings, property taxes, and other payables. Maintain and archive check stub detail daily. Assist in processing daily mail, as needed.
Requirements:
A high school degree or equivalent required. Accounts Payable/Receivable experience preferred. Ten-key by touch required. Oil and gas experience preferred. Microsoft Office experience required.
