Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Pricing Analyst & Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic supply chain team. This role is pivotal in optimizing pricing strategies, managing logistics operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, transportation, and warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced data analysis skills and supply chain management expertise to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making and process improvements within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and analyze pricing models using tools such as Tableau and SQL to support competitive and profitable pricing strategies Coordinate transportation planning, including freight management, shipping & receiving, and dispatching activities Oversee warehouse distribution, inventory control, and materials handling to ensure optimal stock levels and order fulfillment Manage procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and vendor management to secure favorable terms Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline logistics operations Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies, implementing process improvements accordingly Collaborate with cross-functional teams on demand planning, production scheduling, and category management initiatives Monitor supply chain analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance supply chain resilience Ensure compliance with shipping regulations such as NVOCC standards and customs requirements Support inventory management efforts through ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics coordination, or procurement roles Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and Excel Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, AS400, or equivalent platforms Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory control practices Experience with freight forwarding (including NVOCC), 3PL providers, and shipping & receiving procedures Excellent negotiation skills coupled with vendor management expertise Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment like forklifts is a plus Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment If you are passionate about optimizing supply chain operations through data-driven insights and strategic coordination, we encourage you to apply today.
