Full Job Description Overview:

We are building a customer-focused, tech-enabled, and innovation-driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.
What you will do:
: Track and audit Customer Incentive Agreements Obtain appropriate approvals for new incentive programs. Prepare new customer incentive forms. Reconcile customer incentive data monthly. Research questions from sales teams and respond to customer incentive questions. Prepare ad hoc and scheduled reports as requested by FP & A Manager.
What you will bring:
: 2-3 years of relevant experience Self-starter, capable of independent work Proficient with ERP and pricing systems like PriceFx, and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Able to grasp light reporting tools like Tableau Quick learner, adept at adapting to changing demands Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset What you will earn:: 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO, company holidays, and parental leave Paid training and certifications Legal assistance and identity protection Pet insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
