Job Title Operations Pricing Specialist Job Description The Operations Pricing Specialist supports the transportation team by focusing on backend, tactical work that ensures accurate pricing and reliable operational execution. Responsibilities Execute carrier requests accurately and pull required data from the platform to support pricing and operations activities. Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews, including pulling and organizing pricing data for carriers. Manage shared support inboxes and respond to internal and external requests for information in a timely and professional manner. Provide timely and accurate operational reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking. Support continuous improvement initiatives, quality control efforts, and standardization of operational processes. Learn and apply best practices in the transportation and energy industries to daily work. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to build technical and operational skills. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the broader transportation and operations team. Skills and Qualifications Required 1-3 years of experience in data accuracy, order verification, or operations. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Excel data entry and working with spreadsheets. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision. Experience with pricing, quoting, and basic data analysis. Familiarity with transportation operations and related processes. Administrative support and data entry experience. Work Environment This role operates in a modern, professional office environment located in a visually appealing glass building near a major landmark stadium. The position follows a Monday-Friday schedule, typically from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with some flexibility. Work is 100% on-site, providing close collaboration with the transportation and operations teams and regular use of Microsoft Office tools, data platforms, and reporting systems. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Green Bay, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
