Part-Time Event Support (Mostly Weekends) About PTJ Shoes PTJ Shoes is a locally owned youth soccer cleat brand dedicated to inspiring young athletes to ' Pursue The Journey' in sports and life. Our cleats combine bold designs with a mission-driven brand focused on faith, perseverance, and youth development. As a growing company working with soccer clubs, training academies, and tournaments across the country, we are building a team that is passionate about sports, entrepreneurship, and serving the youth soccer community. Position Overview The PTJ Shoes Brand Ambassador will support weekend soccer tournaments, pop-up events, and promotional activations by helping transport equipment, set up and break down booths, manage inventory, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to players, parents, and coaches. This is a hands-on role requiring professionalism, reliability, physical capability, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Event & Tournament Support Drive PTJ event vehicles and/or U-Haul trucks/trailers to tournaments and events Load, unload, transport, and organize event equipment and inventory Set up and break down: Tents Tables Product displays Signage Retail booth setups Ensure booth appearance remains clean, organized, and professional throughout events Customer Experience & Sales Support Greet and engage with youth soccer players, parents, coaches, and tournament attendees Educate customers about PTJ Shoes products, sizing, promotions, and brand story Support retail sales and checkout processes during events Create a positive and energetic brand experience that reflects PTJ Shoes culture Assist with distributing promotional materials, discount codes, and giveaways Inventory & Operations Track event inventory before, during, and after tournaments Assist with inventory counts and restocking Maintain organization of product displays and storage bins Report low inventory, damaged products, or operational concerns to management Brand Representation Represent PTJ Shoes professionally at all times Help create hype and excitement around the PTJ brand Capture behind-the-scenes content or assist with social media support when needed Build positive relationships within the youth soccer community Qualifications Passion for soccer, youth sports, or athletic culture Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and dependable personality Ability to work weekends and flexible event hours Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift and carry heavy loads (50+ lbs) Comfortable with physical setup and breakdown work Organized and detail-oriented Team-player mentality with a positive attitude Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving a U-Haul or larger cargo vehicle Reliable transportation to and from events Ability to pass background and driving checks if required Must be punctual and reliable Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in: Brand ambassador work Retail sales Event staffing Sports apparel or sporting goods Youth sports coaching or participation Knowledge of soccer cleats and sizing is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly pay Tournament/event bonuses opportunities PTJ Shoes apparel and gear Employee discounts Flexible part-time schedule Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding sports brand Fun, high-energy environment around youth soccer Schedule Primarily weekends Occasional evenings or weekday events Seasonal tournament-heavy schedule during spring, summer, and fall Location Denver Metro Area, Colorado Travel to soccer tournaments and sporting events throughout the region required.
