As the Official Game Tracker of the PGA TOUR, Arccos has built a passionate community of golfers who use data to unlock their potential on the course. Strategic partners include the PGA TOUR, PING, Titleist, COBRA PUMA Golf, Callaway, TaylorMade and Club Champion, as well as Matthew Fitzpatrick and Edoardo Molinari. Our mission is to improve the performance of dedicated golfers at every level by seamlessly collecting rich data and generating actionable insights. Role Summary We're looking for a social media rockstar to own and scale Arccos' presence across social platforms and in the golf culture conversation - the brand's single point of accountability for strategy, content creation, channel growth and creator partnerships. Arccos is at an inflection point in brand growth, and the canvas in front of this role is wide open. You'll have access to
PGA TOUR
players including Matt Fitzpatrick, athletes across the world's major tours, top PGA professionals and teachers including Me and My Golf, Erika Larkin, Trillium Rose and Mark Crossfield, and a roster of leading content creators including Erik Anders Lang, No Laying Up and Josh Mayer. You'll also have the latitude to scout and bring in the next wave of ambassadors and creators - the kind who actually use and love the product, not just post about it. You'll plug into our
PGA TOUR
partnership, our OEM partnerships, golf's largest on-course dataset and a global community of hundreds of thousands of passionate golfers. If you're a social media artist, this is your canvas - come paint your Picasso. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing & Communications, you will work alongside a tight brand team with the access, support and runway to make this role your own. What You'll Do This role owns social end to end - strategy, content, channel growth, ambassador and creator partnerships, and Tour-week activation. We have the assets, the partners and the community. You decide how we tell the story. Maybe you're a natural on camera and become a face of the brand. Maybe you're behind the scenes, pulling the right players, pros and creators into the right moments. Either approach works - the point is that you come in with a clear point of view on how to take Arccos to the next level across social, then build and execute the plan to get there.
The high-level scope:
Own day-to-day content creation and publishing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn Set the channel growth strategy and bring the creative instincts to scale audiences and engagement Drive real-time Tour-week activation - ambassador wins, player storylines and moments that lean into our PGA TOUR and OEM partnerships Identify and build relationships with the creators and influencers who belong in the Arccos ecosystem Read the data, stop what isn't working, double down on what is, and continuously raise the bar Qualifications & Experience This role is built for someone who lives on social and is obsessed with golf. We care more about what you've built than where you went to school or how long you've been doing this. Required A demonstrated track record of building and growing a social audience - either a personal account you've built yourself or a brand or creator account you've scaled.
Bring the receipts:
audience growth, engagement and standout content Fluency across Meta, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, with a clear understanding of what performs natively on each platform Genuine obsession with golf. You don't need to be a scratch player, but you live the game, follow the Tour, know the gear conversation and can talk credibly with golfers High level of fluency with AI tools and large language models to accelerate scripting, captioning, trend research, scheduling and reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and comfortable owning the social function end to end within a small, collaborative team Preferred Qualifications Background in golf, sports or lifestyle brand environments with a creator or community focus Experience working with athletes, ambassadors or influencer rosters Comfort on camera and the ability to appear in short-form video that doesn't feel corporate Hands-on experience producing and editing short-form video Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience and demonstrated performance history.
