This role is fast-paced, social, and sales-driven — ideal for confident individuals who enjoy approaching people, creating excitement around a brand, educating guests on featured beverages, and helping drive real product sales. You will be the face of the brand on-site, engaging guests, promoting featured wine and spirits products, assisting with QR sign-ups, supporting sampling when applicable, and encouraging guests to purchase the product during the activation. This is a paid, event-based opportunity with flexible scheduling. Compensation $30 per hour + $5 commission for each product sold during the activation Sampling product purchased for the activation will be reimbursed with proper receipt and prior approval. Event Requirements Beverage Sales Ambassadors are encouraged to have their own sampling table and tablecloth available for activations. Swiggle can provide a sampling table and tablecloth when needed, but preference will be given to candidates who already have their own event materials. Swiggle will reimburse the cost of approved product purchased for sampling purposes. Receipts must be submitted after the event for reimbursement. Key Responsibilities Engage with guests at high-traffic events including beach activations, hotel pools, bars, restaurants, nightlife venues, and lifestyle events. Promote partnered wine, spirits, and beverage brands in a fun, professional, and engaging way. Educate guests on product details, including flavor profile, brand story, serving suggestions, cocktail ideas, and key selling points. Encourage guests to purchase featured products at the bar, restaurant, or event location. Drive QR-code sign-ups and digital engagement campaigns. Assist with beverage sampling where legally permitted. Collect accurate consumer data including name, email, and age verification when required. Create social-media-friendly moments and encourage attendees to share or tag the brand. Maintain a polished and professional appearance aligned with the event theme. Support event setup and breakdown when needed. Work closely with event managers and brand leads to ensure smooth execution. Ideal Candidate Has knowledge or experience with wine, spirits, cocktails, or beverage brands. Comfortable speaking about product taste, ingredients, serving style, and brand positioning. Comfortable in high-energy, social environments. Confident approaching strangers and starting conversations. Sales-driven and motivated by commission opportunities. Having access to a sampling table and tablecloth is preferred, but not required. Camera-friendly and social media savvy. Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends. Strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus. Experience in nightlife, hospitality, promo modeling, bartending, beverage sales, or events is preferred. Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol-related activations.
