The Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fragrance Expert to represent an exclusive niche fragrance line at Nordstrom in Coral Gables, Miami, FL. This is an ideal opportunity for a fragrance enthusiast who thrives in a luxury retail environment and loves creating meaningful connections with customers through the art of scent. Schedule 2 / 3 shift per week • 5 to 6 hours per shift What You Will Do Represent the brand with polish, warmth, and deep product knowledge on the Nordstrom fragrance floor Educate customers on the brand's story, ingredients, and fragrance families in an engaging and consultative way Drive sales through a personalized, non-pushy approach rooted in genuine passion for the craft Create memorable in-store experiences that reflect the brand's niche positioning and aesthetic Maintain a well-presented counter and report shift activity and observations to Vérité Talent What We Are Looking For Prior experience in fragrance, luxury beauty, or premium retail Confident, articulate communicator with a natural ability to connect with diverse clientele Self-motivated and professional — someone who shows up prepared and represents the brand with pride Knowledge of niche and artisan fragrance is a strong plus Reliable and punctual with a polished presentation Contract & Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is competitive and discussed during the interview process.
