Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping journey Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos, highlighting key attributes of sportswear and apparel Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store displays are attractive and well-maintained in line with merchandising standards Operate cash registers efficiently, handle cash drawer balancing, and process retail transactions accurately using retail math skills Support inventory management by participating in stock replenishment and conducting stock counts as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette, assisting bilingual customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Skills Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within sportswear or environments, with strong knowledge of retail store product offerings Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills to guide team members when needed Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling, cashiering, and sales calculations Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse customers and team members effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail sales transactions Experience conducting product demos to educate customers about features and benefits of merchandise Knowledge of merchandising techniques to optimize product placement and store presentation Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base effectively Strong phone etiquette for professional customer interactions over the phone or online inquiries Basic math skills for daily cash handling tasks and retail calculations Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels customer satisfaction!
